Founding Story
Founder: Erin Brown
After spending more than 10-years in the commercial insurance industry, leading teams ranging in size from 7 to 40, Erin experienced first-hand the significant impact that managers have on their teams. Yet surprisingly the majority of new managers never receive training and even fewer receive ongoing training & development.
It is often said that people don’t leave companies, they leave managers. Having personally experienced the desire and at times struggle to better engage and empower her team, Erin sought out articles, books, courses, etc. however ultimately discovered the true power of coaching and peer support.
With this in mind, the idea for Lead Connext was born.
