Absolutely! Employers love to support their managers in becoming stronger leaders. Feel free to email us at contact@leadconnext.com if additional info is needed. We have included a sample employer reimbursement form below.

+ Am I able to change my subscription?
• In order to provide you with the flexibility to create your own growth plan, we have a flat membership fee which entitles you to discounts on both coaching & peer groups.
• If you're currently in a peer group, we require a 6-month committment in order to maintain continuity within each group and to foster a trusted, collaborative & safe space for all members.
+ My employer has agreed to pay for coaching on my behalf. How do I arrange this?
Please email us at contact@leadconnext.com with the name of your employer and contact info. We will handle the rest!
+ My company would like their other managers to join the platform. Can you enroll all of our managers?
Definitely! We love partnering with companies who are passionate about supporting their leaders. If you email us the name and contact info for your company, we will contact them in 24 hours.
+ Will you be offering online training & tutorials?
Yes! Please stay tuned. We are currently building out elearning tutorials and resources to better support you and your teams. In the meantime, check out our weekly newsletter and blog.

+ Why should I join the Lead Connext community?

We will be hosting monthly webinars and are hard at work building out online content & resources.
PEER GROUPS
+ How is each session structured?
Each group meets virtually on a monthly basis for 90 minutes at an agreed upon time. The agenda will be collectively set by the group using a flexible framework and will be led by a Lead Connext coach.
+ How long am I member of a peer group?
Each peer group will last 6 months with the option to extend for another 6-months if the circle collectively decides they want to keep working together.
+ What happens if my peer group isn't the right fit?
First, contact your group facilitator to discuss your concerns. If after this discussion you'd still like to change groups, please email us at contact@leadconnext.com.
+ How are peer groups formed?
Please view available groups on the peer group webpage. When you find a group you'd like to join, you'll complete a short application.
+ Why do I have to apply to join a peer group?
• To verify alignment between the needs of each member and the purpose/goals of the group
• To ensure each group member is from a different company
COACHING
+ How does 1:1 coaching work?
Through the marketplace, you can find and book a 30 or 60 minute session with a coach at a time that is convenient for you. Upon booking a coaching session for the first time, you'll receive a brief questionnaire that will be sent to your coach to ensure you can make the most out of your time together.
+ How can I select the best coach for me?
• Finding the right coach is very personal. We recommend that you schedule a free 30-minute consultation with a prospective coach. In this call, explain your needs & goals and learn how he or she will be able to support you.
• At times you may want to work with different coaches depending on your needs at that time. We are keeping the coaching marketplace as flexible as possible so you can access the coaches you need when you need them.
+ How are the coaches vetted?
We follow a multi-step vetting process to ensure our coaches are the best in the industry. Coaches are either accredited leadership development or career management coaches and/or proven business leaders (7+ years experience)
We personally vet each coach through an application, credential review, phone screen including mock coaching session and reference verification.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
We know things come up at work and in life. In order to be respectful of both your and your coach's time, we ask that you provide your coach with at least 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $20 charge.
