WHAT IS A PEER GROUP?
A peer group is made up of leaders like you that meet regularly to work through leadership & business challenges you are facing. Each group is facilitated by a coach who is carefully selected based on their experience & expertise.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Group Makeup: 7-9 members (from different companies) + 1 facilitator
Location: Virtual
Frequency: Monthly for 90 minutes - stay connected between sessions via Slack
Duration: 6 months
Agenda: Collaboratively set by your group & facilitator
Confidentiality: Trust is paramount. What’s discussed in your group stays in your group.
Cost: Members: $125/month; Non-Members: $175/month
