Hi there, my name is Erin Brown; and I am the Founder & CEO of Lead Connext. Prior to launching Lead Connext, I spent 12 years in the insurance industry leading client service teams ranging in size from 5 team members to more than 40. In short, I can relate to what you are currently experiencing.

I understand and overcame many of the challenges you face when becoming a leader for the first time. I experienced having difficult conversations, learning how to coach rather than manage, and leading through company change and growth. Managers have so much being thrown at them and it’s often challenging to keep everything running smoothly while both supporting & leading your team.
